Egg Systems has been in the news for over 20 years showing the public how they can save money and the environment using Geothermal Technology.
BASF's Minnesota plant is one step closer to upgrading 16 of its chillers to Egg Geothermal exchangers:
Industrial applications of Geothermal technology are on the rise. For decades Geothermal results have been proven in residential and commercial projects, industrial usage is emerging as an opportunity for large companies to save money on the high cost of cooling and heating, as well as reduce their carbon footprint. Egg Geothermal air conditioning and heating is at the forefront with proposals to BASF Minnesota.
A leader in Building Systems, BASF has stepped up to the plate and presented Egg Geothermal with an opportunity to show them how they can save hundreds of thousands of dollars in electrical and water usage by upgrading from traditional water tower cooling systems to a geothermal HVAC application.
Pinellas County Safety complex considers replacing one 645 ton chiller with Egg Geothermal proprietary proportional geothermal controllers:
In the spring of 2011, EgG Geothermal was given the opportunity to design a Geothermal replacement system for a 645 to chiller plant for the Pinellas County Public Safety Complex. The geothermal system would not only save hundreds of thousands of gallons of water that is used to operate a chiller system for commercial air conditioning and heating, but also drastically reduce service cost, chemical cost for treating chiller water, and on electrical usage. Step by step communities are looking for ways to reduce, and Egg Geothermal is there to help!
Miami Dade county engineer's tour of Egg Geothermal's workmanship in geothermal installation facilities and nets engineering opportunities for city complex.
Egg Geothermal recently visited with Miami Dade county planners to review upgrade options for the city sewer treatment facilities. Three sites are located in the Miami area and comprise of 1,000,000 square feet of air conditioned space. City planners have asked to look at opportunities to use waste water and well water (products already in great abundance at the facilities) to reduce the carbon foot print of the facilities and save on energy costs. Currently there is a wide rage of systems that are over 20 years old, to newly installed HVAC systems. City officials hope to replace aging equipment in a long term project as traditional systems begin to fail, with Geothermal products.
